Intellectual property

The content, design and the Kaptiv8 name and logo belong to us. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse the content without our written permission.

Our services

Any paid work is covered by a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
